Organic vs. Processed

Here’s a little infographic I just completed, which will run in the food section of the last issue of Generation Magazine this semester.   I decided to look at two different cans of chicken soup, one organic and one regular, and tried to scope out ingredients that just did not make sense.  Here’s what I got:
